Garland County, Arkansas’s jail runs a farm program, and Garland County Habitat for Humanity has built more than 170 homes since 1995. This is a petition to your elected officials — like the clipboard at the courthouse door. It does not put anything on the ballot; that takes the state’s official petition process. Signatures are counted, not verified — one per browser; the delivered copy removes duplicates. Like everything here, petitions can’t campaign for candidates or ballot measures, or name county staff.
